PRAXIS S-10 is evaluating HubSpot to replace or consolidate parts of its current stack — Keap, Mailchimp, JotForm, Monday.com, manual spreadsheets, and file-based document storage — and to solve for rebate automation, customer/member portal needs, SharePoint document management, and reporting.

SmartBug's role is to launch HubSpot the right way — with a clean data model, thoughtful onboarding, practical automation, and a rollout plan that supports adoption across the team.

Pre-purchase Keap connector testing will validate actual field, object, and historical activity coverage.
PRAXIS S-10 or its vendors will administer all third-party source systems.
SmartBug will provide field mapping, implementation guidance, and HubSpot-side configuration.
Vendor spend files will be provided in a consistent, machine-readable format per vendor.
HubSpot subscription tiers must support the required hubs, seats, objects, permissions, and integrations.
Communications capture depends on current HubSpot support for Zoom, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Data Hub syncs beyond the Phase 1 workstreams require separate discovery and estimation.
LMS integration is deferred until PRAXIS selects an LMS.
